MY installation, MEGALITHIC DINING, ascends into an immersive odyssey, evoking the venerable essence of Britain's ancient standing stones. These mystical edifices, repositories of an ageless enigma, beckon us with their imposing grandeur and indelible imprints upon the landscape—a resounding testament to the indomitable spirit of our forebears.
In the ethereal embrace of these monolithic marvels, our ancestors yearned to transcend earthly boundaries and attain cosmic communion, fathoming the enigmas veiled by the cosmos itself. Echoing the lingering power of these celestial touchpoint, MEGALITHIC DINING stands as a contemplative homage—a heartfelt tribute to the long-lost wood henges that once encircled Stonehenge's ancient splendour. Though time has veiled their physicality, the sacred patterns of where trunk and earth converged spark our collective imagination. It is within this sacred space of artistic expression that I endeavour to breathe life into the forgotten forms of these sanctified monuments.
